Affordable Connectivity Program

The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC program that helps connect families and households struggling to afford internet service.

The Affordable Connectivity Program provides:

  • Up to $30/month discount for broadband service;

  • Up to $75/month discount for households on qualifying Tribal lands;

The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household.

The following packages are available under the ACP program.

  1. Current Price includes ONT fee and estimated taxes.

  2. ACP Customer Price includes ONT fee and estimated taxes.

  3. ACP Customer Price does NOT include optional services such as phone and router charges.  Those items are additional charges.

  4. ACP Packages are only available to customers participating in the ACP program.

Who is Eligible?

A household is eligible if a member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:

  • Has an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines

  • Participates in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline;

  • Participates in one of several Tribal specific programs, such as Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal Head Start (only households meeting the relevant income qualifying standard), Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations; 

  • Is approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision;

  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year; or

  • Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating broadband provider’s existing low-income program.

How to Sign Up

1 You must apply and be verified at the official USAC web page.  We recommend using the online option.  You can access the USAC web page using the button below.  Myakka Communications can NOT help you with this step.  If you are having problems or have questions about getting verified, please call the USAC help line at (877) 384-2575.


Once you have successfully been verified by USAC, you can enroll for the ACP program with Myakka Communications using the button below.

You will need the following information to enroll.

  1. The exact name you used for the verification process.

  2. The exact address you used for the verification process.

  3. Your Application ID.

  4. Your birth date and last 4 digits of your SSN.

  5. Your Myakka Communications customer number (this is on the statement you get every month).
